Jade Weismiller

Born and raised on Bowen Island, Jade is well-versed in the ins and outs of living on Bowen Island. Jade’s local knowledge and understanding of small Island living made a career in Real Estate on Bowen an obvious choice for her. Jade’s passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and friendly approach. Jade values hard work, outstanding customer service and thrives on making home buying and selling a positive and rewarding experience.   
 
Having worked for several years in the building and planning department at the Bowen Island Municipality Jade has gained extensive knowledge of the processes of developing and building on Bowen Island. This coupled with subdividing and selling properties of her own gives her an advantage of the understanding of what it takes to build or develop on Bowen Island.  
 
In her younger years Jade attended Bowen Island Community School, where her son and daughter now attend school. Jade went on to commute to West Vancouver for high school and post-secondary education. Jade travelled extensively in her 20’s, including a three-year stint travelling through Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. In her free time Jade enjoys, travelling, spending quality time with her family, and spending summers at the beach and out on the waters around Howe Sound. 
 
Jade is excited to join the Bowen Island Real Estate Group, a newly formed Team of Realtors on Bowen Island, headed by Frances Frost, a Realtor with 37 years of experience, and joined by Angelique Love, also a seasoned Realtor.
